1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

International shipping options will be available soon.

1.2 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• A nominal shipping fee applies for orders below this threshold.
• For international orders (when available), any customs duties/taxes will be borne by the buyer.

1.3 Handling & Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of confirmation.

Delivery time depends on your location:

• Mumbai: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 1:00 PM IST.
• Metro Cities: 1–3 business days
• Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 4–6 business days

Note: During sales or festivals, processing may take longer due to high order volume.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

2.2 Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Luckshri is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If undeliverable, re-delivery will be attempted by the courier. Repeated failed attempts may lead to the package being returned to us.

2.3 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment’s journey.

3. Special Considerations

3.1 Delayed Deliveries

Unforeseen events (weather, courier delays, etc.) may affect delivery timelines. We will notify you promptly if delays occur.

3.2 Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on availability and location. You will be notified in such cases.

3.3 Signature on Delivery

A signature may be required at the time of delivery for safety. If you’re unavailable, someone at your address may sign on your behalf.

4. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

4.1 Undelivered Orders

If your order isn’t delivered within the expected timeframe, contact our team at care@luckshri.com with your order ID. We’ll assist you promptly.

4.2 Damaged Packages

If your package appears severely damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Please take clear photos or a video and send them to care@luckshri.com for a quick resolution.

Please note:

Our products are securely packed inside protective branded boxes. Occasionally, the outer shipping box may appear slightly dented or crushed due to courier handling. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product inside.
