We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: Name, email address, phone number — provided when you create an account, place an order, or contact us.
• Transaction data: Order details, product selections, payment confirmation references (not card numbers — these are handled by Razorpay).
• Delivery data: Shipping address, pin code, delivery instructions — shared with Shiprocket for fulfilment.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, clicks, device type, browser, IP address — collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
• Communication data: WhatsApp messages, chat transcripts from NK's Stylist (our AI chatbot), and email correspondence.
• Cookie data: Session tokens, preference cookies, advertising identifiers (Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag). See Section 9.

We do not intentionally collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact [email protected] for immediate removal.

• Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default)
• Chat transcripts (NK's Stylist): 90 days, then anonymised
