Transaction data: Order details, product selections, and payment confirmation references. Card numbers are handled exclusively by Razorpay and are never stored by us.
Delivery data: Shipping address and delivery instructions — shared with our logistics partners to fulfil your order.
Usage data: Information about how you interact with our website so we can improve performance, customer experience, and security.
Communication data: Conversations with our customer support team or AI stylist may be stored to improve service quality and assist with future support requests.

Secure transaction handling · NPCI licensed gateway

We share your name, email, phone, and order amount with our licensed payment gateway to complete transactions. The payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant and does not share your card details with us. Card numbers are never stored by Luckshri.

Logistics & order fulfilment

Delivery and shipment tracking

We share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our logistics partner and their courier network to fulfil and track your order. This data is used solely for delivery purposes.

Website analytics and optimisation

Usage insights & performance

We use trusted analytics and website optimisation providers to understand how visitors use our website and improve the shopping experience. These tools collect anonymised data and do not identify you personally.

Advertising platforms

Campaign measurement & relevance

We work with advertising platforms to understand whether our marketing campaigns are effective and to show more relevant advertisements on other platforms. See Section 9 for details on advertising cookies and how to manage your preferences.

5. Data Retention

Order & transaction data: 7 years (required for GST compliance and accounting obligations under Indian law).
All other personal information: We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.

Rights Under Indian Law (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

If you are in India, you have the following rights as a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023:

Access: Request a summary of the personal data we hold, how it has been used, and the third parties with whom it has been shared.
Correction and erasure: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information, or to erase personal data that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Some records, such as order and invoice data, must be retained for the period required by Indian tax law.
Withdrawal of consent: Where we process your data based on consent (for example, marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
Grievance redressal: Raise any concern about how your data is handled with our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Nomination: Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as required by law.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India, including the United States and the European Union. Where required by GDPR, such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a banner on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of luckshri.com after changes constitutes acceptance.
