✅ Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
• Return window: within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns for non-defective items are eligible for store credit only.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Free return shipping is provided for defective or damaged items. You can contact us to request a return label.
• For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

💰 Refunds & Store Credit

• Defective items will be refunded in full after inspection.
• Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Refunds for non-defective returns are issued as store credit within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or damaged products not due to our error.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Customized or altered products.
