Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Items must be unused, unaltered, and have all tags attached.
Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted and could be sent back.
Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
If your product arrives without tags, please notify our customer care team immediately.

Refunds:
