You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this website. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any person at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

You must not misuse, interfere with, test, scrape, automate access to, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the security, integrity, or availability of our website, services, or systems, except as expressly permitted under our Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. You must not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users or to Luckshri without authorisation.

Luckshri sarees are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques including handloom weaving, hand-block printing, zari work, and natural dyeing. As a result:

• Colour variations: The colours you see on screen may differ from the actual product due to variations in display calibration, ambient lighting, and photographic conditions. We aim to represent colours accurately but cannot guarantee a pixel-perfect match.
• Weave & texture variations: Minor irregularities in weave, texture, or pattern repeat are inherent characteristics of handcrafted textiles — not defects. Each piece is unique.
• Zari & thread variation: Natural and silk yarns may carry slight tonal differences between lots. Gold and silver zari may appear brighter or more muted depending on lighting conditions.
• Measurements: Saree lengths and widths are provided as nominal measurements. Handloom pieces may vary by ±5–10 cm from the stated dimension.

These characteristics are the hallmark of genuine handcrafted heritage textiles and are explicitly not grounds for return unless the item is materially defective (e.g., torn fabric, missing blouse piece included in listing).

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse orders where inventory is unavailable, inaccurate, or has sold out between the time of your order and our fulfilment. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund where payment has been received.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

Payments are processed securely through our NPCI-licensed payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), net banking, EMI, and wallets. By completing a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and privacy policy.

We do not store your card details. All payment data is handled by our payment gateway under PCI-DSS compliance standards.

In the event of a pricing, inventory, or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order and issue an appropriate refund where payment has been received. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Orders are shipped through our logistics partner and their courier network. Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote / rural areas: 8–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or government-imposed restrictions. Luckshri is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹2,999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,999.

You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS once your order ships. You can also track your order at /track-order.

We ship internationally to select countries. International orders are subject to the following additional terms:

• Customs & import duties: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and local taxes applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are levied directly by the destination country's customs authority.
• Delivery timeline: International shipments typically take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Returns: All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is materially defective (damaged in transit or manufacturing defect confirmed by our team). In such cases, the customer bears the return shipping cost to India. Refunds for defective international orders do not include customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may have been collected by foreign authorities.
• Currency: Orders are billed in INR. Currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or payment provider.
• Restricted countries: We do not ship to countries under international trade sanctions.

We offer a 7-day return window for domestic orders from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
• The blouse piece (if included) must also be returned unused
• Items purchased during sale or on promotional discount are not eligible for return
• Custom-draped, custom-blouse-stitched, or personalised orders are not eligible for return

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2 business days of approval.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. COD orders receive refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — please share your bank details when raising the return request.

As noted in Section 3, minor handcraft variations (colour, texture, weave irregularities) are not valid grounds for return.

All content on luckshri.com — including text, product photographs, illustrations, design patterns, brand name, logo, and the "NK's Stylist" AI persona — is the exclusive property of Luckshri By Nikunj Khatri and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Luckshri content without prior written permission. Product images are exclusively owned by Luckshri and must not be used for resale, dropshipping, or social media impersonation.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Luckshri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Your use of luckshri.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyse site traffic, and show relevant advertisements. You can manage cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or by contacting us.

Our website integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

Luckshri is not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party service. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from website unavailability.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, pandemics, fire, government actions, internet or telecommunications outages, courier strikes or disruptions, labour disputes, or other force majeure events. We will notify you as soon as practicable if such an event affects your order.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of our website, products, or services at any time where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent banner on our website. Continued use of luckshri.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
